7.2. Recurring billing are regular or scheduled billed instances which can be automated payments or manually executed by customers against a regular schedule. You can cancel your Subscription at any time directly through your PayPal account, if this is your selected payment method or by submitting cancellation request from your billing account. 7.3. As a Subscriber of our Products/Services You agree that We are permitted to charge subscription fees. The subscription charges for will be taken on the first day you subscribe to the Product/Service and, from then on, on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership subscription (each, a “Subscription Renewal Date”). This charge will continue on each Subscription Renewal Date thereafter unless and until you cancel, and regardless of how much you use the service. We will automatically charge you, using your specified payment method, each period (monthly unless otherwise specified) on or after your Subscription Renewal Date. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

7.4. As Pay Per View customer, you agree that we are permitted to charge you for each batch of credits added to your account and any other charges that you may incur in connection with your use of Pay As You Go Service. The fee will be billed up front and each batch of credits.

8. Cancellation Policy

This clause applies to the cancellation of Subscription required packages. If you have signed up and have changed your mind about subscribing, you have a right to cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation requests may be submitted to our support team support@kbittv.co.uk You can also cancel directly through your PayPal account if this is your payment method, or directly from your billing account. Immediately on cancellation, no further payments will be taken from your account.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Some Pay per view Services content provided on this website is available on the basis of “pay as you go”, meaning that there is no monthly or annual subscription required for access to the material. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used batches of credits for Pay Per View Service at any time. However, unused credits will not expire and will stay available to use at any time while the User account remains active; if User requests termination of registration then credits are terminated simultaneously without refund. 9.3. Refund time to your bank account takes from 7 to 14 business days. When we receive the refund request, our customer support will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

10. Termination
